This page exists so you can suggest additions that may help others move forward.

All recommendations are reviewed carefully. Songs are analyzed for emotional impact, lyrical themes, and whether they support growth rather than escapism. Media submissions are evaluated for long-term value, mindset alignment, and practical usefulness.

Not every request will be added. This is intentional.

What makes a good recommendation?

  • Encourages growth, discipline, healing, or rebuilding
  • Has long-term value, not just emotional escape
  • Handles pain honestly without glorifying it
  • Gives people something useful to carry forward

Submission examples:

Great reason

“This gave me a clear way to think about rebuilding myself instead of staying stuck in regret. It helped me focus on discipline, self-respect, and becoming better through the pain rather than being controlled by it.”

Good reason

“This helped me stop seeing failure as final and start treating it as part of rebuilding.”

Weak reason

“I like this song.”

What may not be added?

  • Songs with no growth angle
  • Content that supports self-destruction
  • Media with no clear rebuilding value
  • Submissions without a real explanation
